    Pick up your order for free from our boutique in Morocco.
    You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready (within 2 to 24 hours).

  • Colissimo – France
    Home delivery or pickup point within 3 to 5 business days.
    Tracking available as soon as the parcel is shipped.

  • Local Carrier – Morocco
    Home delivery anywhere in Morocco within 3 to 5 business days.
    Shipping fees may vary depending on the city.

  • Pickup Point
    Collect your order from your chosen pickup point within 3 to 5 business days.
    You will receive an SMS or email once your parcel arrives.

Processing Time and Tracking

  • Preparation time is 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • If you are not home, a delivery notice or redirection to a pickup point will be offered.

🔄 Returns and Refunds

Return Conditions

  • You have a 14-day period after receiving your order to change your mind (according to local legislation).

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or hygiene products cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in case of our error.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@naoumihijab.com and include your order number.

  2. We will send you a return label or return instructions.

  3. Send the parcel back within 7 days after approval.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
