Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply to all purchases made on the website www.naoumihijab.com, operated by EMN GESTION, trading under the name Naoumi Hijab, registered in France under SIRET number 908 503 212 00015, with its head office located at 1389 Chemin de Bonamourde, 84100 Orange, France.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website, within the limits of available stock. Each product is presented with a detailed description to inform the customer of its essential characteristics.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs. Naoumi Hijab reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but orders are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

The customer validates their order by clicking “Place Order” after accepting these T&Cs. A confirmation email summarizing the order is automatically sent.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via secure platforms (Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers). Banking information is never stored by Naoumi Hijab.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are specified when placing the order. Free shipping is available for orders over €100.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalty. Returned items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging.

8. Returns and Refunds

Once the returned items are received and verified, Naoumi Hijab will issue a full refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a seller error.

9. Liability

Naoumi Hijab cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relations. It is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting: contact@naoumihijab.com.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements on the website are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall rest with the competent French courts.
